For this reason, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Team Leader (Inside Sales) with native-level Spanish to join and lead our amazing Sales Team.

What you will do :Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Agents to consistently achieve and exceed sales targetsMonitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring high conversion rates and productivitySupport the team in converting leads into closed sales, stepping in on complex or high-value deals when neededOversee outbound sales activities (phone, email, WhatsApp) to ensure quality and effectivenessCollaborate closely with Clinic Sales Representatives to maximize conversion and patient experienceManage and optimize processes related to collections, recovery, and reactivation of dormant leadsEnsure strong coordination with financial institutions to offer patients the best payment solutionsAnalyze sales data and pipeline performance to identify improvement areas and implement action plansTrain new hires and continuously upskill the team with best sales practicesWork closely with senior management to improve processes—we truly value your ideas!

What do you need to be successful in this position :Native or bilingual level of SpanishMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsAdvanced level of English;
any additional languageis a plusStrong leadership, coaching, and team management skillsAnalytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsGood command of IT tools and cloud services (we use G Suite)
