This is a contract role on the Bookmap marketing team for a paid media specialist with experience managing evergreen paid media campaigns.
\n
The role will report directly to the Marketing director.
\n
The idóneo candidate will bring strategic thinking, creative and technical skills from their previous roles.
\n
A typical day will be focused on managing performance campaigns for direct paid conversions, upsells, cross-sells and winback campaigns.
\n
They will build personalized communications, leveraging data and user research to improve paid media performance.
\n
This role encompasses a diverse range of paid media channels including search, paid social media, programmatic, advertorial, display, video, etc.
\n
The role will focus primarily on campaign execution and reporting.
\n
Core Responsibilities
\n
- Campaign Execution & ManagementWith guidance from the Marketing director, this person will own daily operational management of paid channels including: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Programmatic ( Taboola, Adroll,Criteo )
\n
Launch, duplicate, pause, and optimize campaigns based on predefined goals
\n
Manage budgets and bids to ensure spend aligns with CPA and pacing targets
\n
Monitor delivery issues (learning limited, underdelivery, audience saturation)
\n
- Testing Execution & Creative RotationTest and learn based on an established roadmap
\n
Upload new creative concepts and variants
\n
Set up A/B tests (audiences, creatives, formats, hooks)
\n
Rotate out fatigued ads
\n
Ensure naming conventions and structure are consistent
\n
- QA OwnershipQA all links, landing pages, and tracking before campaigns go live
\n
Catch and flag anomalies (broken events, zero conversions, abnormal CVR drops)
\n
- Reporting & PerformanceMaintain a reliable and transparent reporting system
\n
Create your own customized dashboards
\n
Provide daily updates on spend, pacing, key anomalies and weekly reports on performance, test results, notable changes
\n
Qualifications+2 years hands-on paid media experience
\n
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
\n
Expertise in flagging risks, blockers, or inconsistencies
\n
Experience with analytics and reporting platforms:GA4, Looker Studio, native platforms reporting system
\n
Experience managing accounts with frequent testing cycles and multiple active campaigns
\n
