**About this oppor**tunity**:
We are now looking for a RAN Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals.
**What you will do**:
- PRODUCT & SOLUTION AREAS (mandatory):
- Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
- Develop and perform technical presentations and proposals to customer (different audiences)
- Support deployment of solution
- Provide feedback to R&D;
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.
- Very good knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters
- 5G/4G features and parameters baseline definition.
- Very good understanding of radio interface standards
- NETWORK DESIGN/PLANNING (good to have):
- Show E2E knowledge on Network build and rollout.
- Have competence on RND tools and Engineering Rules
- Contribute to the definition of the operational dashboards for monitoring the status of each running project.
- NETWORK PERFORMANCE (mandatory):
- Be updated on NDO Services and tools Portfolio as well as handle Assessment Gateway Guidelines.
- Senior experience in daily KPI analysis and proposal of corrective actions
- Anticipate performance issues and proactively propose service opportunities.
- Highlight potential risks of network performance degradation at project start-up or during project execution. Suggest and drive mitigation actions.
- Suggest recovery plans in case of network performance degradation.
- Highlight/Prevent quality issues and bottlenecks in the mid-term network evolution.
- Be capable of proposing new WoWs as well as metrics (such as S-KPIs replacing traditional KPIs)
**The skills you bring**:
- Education: MS in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum years of experience: 5 years
- Domain experience: area of expertise - RAN.
- Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer
- Fluent in Spanish as well as English language
- Team player but also demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
- Consultative approach toward the customer. Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required.
- Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Innovation and proactive attitude
- Good presentation, time management and leadership skills & ability to work with diverse backgrounds
