  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction delivery.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and negotiation.
  • Strong project planning skills, including budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
  • Good understanding of applicable regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
  • Relevant experience in a large, complex, international, multi-site organization, preferably in high-volume retail or commercial real estate.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
Key capabilities
  • Project leadership and execution excellence: Ability to successfully lead complex construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.
  • Stakeholder and team management: Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
  • Decision-making and risk management: Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and make effective decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Cost and performance optimization: Focus on efficiency, cost control, and continuous project performance improvement.
  • Communication and influence: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Strong project orientation: Ability to effectively contribute to timelines, budgeting, and early-stage planning for successful team delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
  • Lead end-to-end construction project management activities, from design and planning through execution and delivery.
  • Manage internal collaboration with business stakeholders and coordinate external partners, including consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Ensure an optimal balance of quality, cost, time, and sustainability across all projects.
  • Drive project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Lead procurement processes, including tenders, contract negotiations, and the selection of consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards, including health and safety requirements.
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices in construction and project execution.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, authorities, and external partners.
  • Collaborate and co-create to design solutions that balance functionality, cost, safety, and sustainability.
  • Create customer value by ensuring our buildings are designed for the many people and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Deliver solutions that meet business needs and enhance the customer experience.
  • Inspire and provide clarity, helping others understand proposed design solutions and their benefits.
