Job Responsibilities:
* Understand and employ the specific brand identity and graphic guidelines for each of the hotel group’s brands, creating materials that resonate with each brand and its distinct target audiences.
* Design new and update current artworks, layouts, and documents following corporate branding guidelines.
* Create new or update existing brand collaterals, potentially including concept development.
* Design and produce marketing collaterals and promotional materials for internal departments and hotel brands.
* Follow best practices with the Hotel Group’s Brand & Guest Experience team.
* Present design proposals to the creative team and stakeholders.
* Design graphics that convey the right message for different hotel group brands.
* Manage complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand designs for various stakeholders.
Necessary Skills:
* Be a team player and support your teammates.
* Experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to connect design elements effectively.
* Relevant degree in graphic design or related field.
* At least 2 years of graphic design experience.
* Knowledge of web-to-print tools and basic principles.
* Interest in coding and ability to markup templates.
* Database knowledge and understanding of print and graphic production processes.
* Solid knowledge of color usage.
* Ability to generate, check, and deliver production files.
* Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a technical mindset.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions.
* UI (HTML, CSS) and JavaScript experience are highly recommended.
* Attention to detail and a strong design sense.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-supervisory skills and flexibility.
* Ability to contribute to a fun and dynamic team environment.
* Cross-cultural experience and second language proficiency are preferred.
