Within the Agilent CrossLab Group (ACG), Service Sales deliver recurring revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, and differentiate Agilent through end-to-end lifecycle support – including regulatory compliance and scientific method and education services. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that optimize service delivery and improve customer experience in a global environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Insights & Service Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Service Sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Segmentation & Data Analysis: Analyze internal databases to identify priority customers and service opportunities, qualify customer batches, validate asset status, and ensure account information is accurate and up to date.
- Voice of Customer: Support outreach activities to capture customer needs and feedback, helping shape service improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to nurture relationships and promote Agilent’s evolving Services portfolio.
- Reporting & Insights: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership and participate in team meetings to share ideas.

Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
Academic background
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Life Sciences preferred).
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
