We are looking for 2 proactive, committed, and responsible individuals to join the Legal Defense Department, with teamwork skills and a clear service orientation.
What do we do in Legal Defense?
We handle claims amicably to avoid litigation, and follow up on judicial cases when necessary, maintaining contact with assigned lawyers.
Position responsibilities include:
1. Managing and processing claims according to coverage.
2. Informing, advising, and guiding policyholders to resolve cases within set controls, guarantees, and deadlines.
3. Gathering all necessary documentation through various channels.
4. Opening claims files promptly and according to procedures.
5. Initiating measures such as appointing experts or lawyers.
6. Monitoring claims from notification to closure.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in legal defense.
* Degree in Law.
* High proficiency in computer tools.
* Ability to work towards objectives and under pressure.
* Customer-oriented, analytical, results-driven, empathetic, assertive, team player, organized, and committed.
