Job Overview
Schneider Electric is seeking a VIE to join the cybersecurity team under the supervision of the regional cybersecurity leader. This junior position is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in global cybersecurity operations and contribute to the implementation of key security initiatives across the region. The successful candidate will support the deployment of global security programs, help promote a "security‑first" mindset and assist in driving awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
* Manage priority 2 (P2) incidents across the EMEA region, using a monthly report extracted from the CP4S platform.
* Contribute to the coordination of the relationship with InterCERT France, particularly in collaboration with the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team, for sharing indicators of compromise (IoCs), threat reports, and other relevant information.
* Monitor actions related to web exposure, including escalations and remediation efforts.
* Prepare monthly ecosystem reports, including filling in reporting tables, monitoring the French ecosystem and resolving web exposure issues.
* Create a regional dashboard covering the various topics managed by the Information Security (CISO) team.
Education & Experience
Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in cybersecurity (internship or apprenticeship included).
Skills
* Knowledge of cybersecurity control, program, and risk frameworks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience managing threat response.
Languages
Fluent English.

* Cybersecurity technical, governance and legal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
* Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

* Ability to identify issues/risk, analyze and understand underlying causes and devise appropriate action plans.
* Ability to work with maximum autonomy.
