Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team. Please note that this is a freelancer contract role with approximately 80 to 100 operational hours per month for a year. The hours will fall under CET working hours, please make sure that you have the availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Independently develop, plan, and manage paid media campaigns across the full lifecycle — from strategy to execution and ongoing optimization.
* Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Video), and Programmatic channels.
* Monitor and report on campaign KPIs using Google Analytics 4, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
* Ensure tracking accuracy through a solid understanding of tracking logic and Google Tag Manager.
* Adhere to company information security policies and complete required security awareness training
QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
* Proven hands-on experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads; additional experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or Programmatic is a strong plus.
* Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and campaign analytics.
* Familiarity with tracking structures and Google Tag Manager (deep technical implementation not required).
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts without losing quality or focus.
* Full professional proficiency in English required; German is a significant advantage.
