Project ContextA major European institutional environment requires specialized support for the management, evolution, documentation and operation of its HashiCorp Vault platform, including integration of new applications and automation under Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) practices.
The role also includes training internal teams and contributing to functional improvements of the existing platform.
Main Objectives
Integrate new applications into HashiCorp Vault using IaC and CaC.
Produce clear, complete and up-to-date operational documentation.
Train internal teams on the proper use of Vault.
Design and implement new features and improvements within the Vault platform.
Role Responsibilities
Guide and support development teams in the proper use of Vault.
Create, maintain and review operational documentation.
Configure Vault using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code.
Design and develop new capabilities within the Vault platform.
Monitor project activities and manage maintenance tickets.
Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) tests.
Participate in ongoing operational support of the platform.
QualificationsMandatory Requirements
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HashiCorp Vault.
Strong command of Terraform.
Strong security-focused mindset.
Knowledge of the full lifecycle of a Secret Management product.
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
