About the Role
We are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive trainee program within the Production Department, focusing on strategic projects.
You will contribute to the Future Production Governance initiative, a strategic transformation aimed at enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of production processes across the Iberian Peninsula.
The goal is to evolve from three individual plants to one integrated region: #asone.
You will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in overseeing and ensuring the timely execution of pilot projects, assist in the coordination of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) across different factories, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes, aligned with future demands and sustainability goals.

What are we looking for?
Education:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar.
Master's Degree is valuable.
Languages:
Spanish and English (minimum level C1); valuable German.
Skills:
Agile and adaptable mindset, proactive and solution-oriented attitude, strong communication, teamwork skills and innovation.
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of project management and familiarity with tools like MS Project and Jira.
Other:
International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.).
Selection Process
A first phase includes pre-selected candidates undergoing personal interviews and an online test.
Selected candidates are then invited to an assessment centre.
