This is not just another architecture role.
You will help design and deliver digital platforms, cloud foundations, AI-enabled services, and mission-critical systems for some of the world's most influential public institutions and international organisations.
You may contribute to initiatives supporting organisations such as UNICEF, UN Volunteers, WHO, EMA, the European Commission, and other global agencies working on health, humanitarian action, public administration, digital identity, education, sustainability, and citizen services.

What you will do As a Digital Architect, you will work across multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and evolve digital solutions for complex international environments.
You may be involved in: Designing modern application architectures based on microservices, APIs, event-driven patterns, integration platforms, and scalable digital services.
Defining cloud and infrastructure architectures across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
Supporting platform engineering, Dev Ops, CI/CD, automation, observability, container platforms, and infrastructure as code.
Shaping AI-enabled and agentic architectures, including intelligent automation, generative AI, AI-assisted operations, and responsible AI adoption.
Translating business and institutional needs into pragmatic, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
Working with delivery teams, product owners, security experts, data teams, and client stakeholders.
Supporting architecture governance, technical strategy, solution reviews, roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
Helping international organisations modernise legacy systems and move towards cloud-native, data-driven, AI-ready platforms.
Who we are looking for We are looking for architects at different seniority levels, from emerging architects to senior and principal profiles.
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following areas: Application architecture Cloud architecture Infrastructure architecture Platform engineering Dev Ops and automation Software engineering and modern development practices Integration architecture and APIs Security-by-design and resilient systems AI, generative AI, agentic systems, or intelligent automation Enterprise architecture or solution architecture You do not need to know everything.

Fluency in English.
