The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly in inverter technology, and a proven track record in developing and managing sales channels. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter/BESS products /lili Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators /lili Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line /lili Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies /lili Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline /lili Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for channel partners /lili Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences /lili Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities /lili Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Bachelor#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; /lili Minimum 5 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products /lili Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales channels /lili Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter technology /lili Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives /lili Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships /lili Outstanding communication and presentation skills /lili Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite /lili Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) /li /ul
