Coordinate, support, and optimize our cross-channel marketing and communications plan.Key responsibilities :
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Brand Manager.Implement social media strategies for Romania with the Social Media Manager.Organize external events in Romania.Negotiate and monitor agreements with brand ambassadors and influencers, coordinating with the Affiliate Manager for Romania.Create, proofread, and edit content across various mediums, including websites, campaigns, blogs, PR, and newsletters.Manage blog content on WordPress with the SEO Manager.Identify growth opportunities through market trend and competitor analysis.Oversee the marketing and communication budget for Romania.Plan and execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns.Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance brand awareness.Ensure consistent application of verbal and visual brand identity guidelines across all communications.Requirements :
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.Bilingual in Romanian and Spanish.Excellent Romanian writing skills.Creative, motivated, and proactive.Passionate about travel.Organized, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.Key Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience managing social media platforms.Knowledge of WordPress and SEO is a plus.Creative, data-driven, and an inspiring storyteller.Schedule :
