Backed by a strong marketing engine and cutting-edge tools, we're reshaping how real estate is bought, sold, and supported. As a fast-moving startup in the pre-seed/seed stage, we're looking for ambitious, client-focused professionals ready to grow with us.

Your Role: Buyer Advisor

This is a hands-on sales and advisory role for experienced real estate professionals ready to deliver value from lead to closing—and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound leads using our structured consultation process.
- Present and onboard clients onto the Directimo platform.
- Organize and host virtual property presentations and market briefings.
- Guide buyers based on their timing, needs, and investment goals.
- Arrange in-person viewings and connect clients with sellers.
- Manage the full acquisition process: from property selection and negotiation to legal/financial coordination and post-sale support.
- Facilitate or supervise client interactions with lawyers, banks, and property managers.
- Track commission status and follow up for referrals and reviews.
- Act as the client's first and last point of contact throughout the journey.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, workflows, and team growth.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience on Costa del Sol
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of buyer needs and the local market dynamics
- Fluent in English (German, French, Polish, Swedish or other languages are a plus)
- Digital-first mindset — comfortable using CRMs, virtual tools, and mobile workflows
- Energetic, self-driven, and organized
- High ethical standards and a team player attitude
