Experteer Overview In this role you lead the HARD Services and Engineering & FM for Roche Sant Cugat, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations of building systems and utilities. You drive lifecycle asset management, budgeting, and governance to deliver high-quality services. You will navigate a global/local matrix with stakeholders, while advancing energy efficiency and digitalization. - Lead HARD Services operations across maintenance, utilities, building systems, and infrastructure reliability
- Own and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets with rigorous planning and forecasting
- Define and monitor KPIs (asset reliability, IFM performance, energy, compliance) and lead corrective actions
- Oversee IFM governance, SLA/KPI management, risk escalation, and supplier performance
- Manage capital investment portfolio and project governance from concept to handover
- Collaborate with Procurement, SHE, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, Global FM/Engineering to align with Roche standards
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across local and global networks
- Communicate complex technical matters to diverse audiences and maintain proactive incident/project communications
- Drive sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency, and smart-building/digitalization efforts
- Lead, mentor and develop the Engineering & FM team to foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- 5–7 years of experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and HARD Services operations
- Strong project management experience (CAPEX, infrastructure, engineering projects)
- Experience with IFM models, supplier governance, and KPI-driven performance
- Strong stakeholder management in a global/local matrix organization
- Knowledge of asset management frameworks (LCAM)
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish
- Digital orientation (CAFM/CMMS, BMS/EMS, data analytics, smart building tools)
