As Growth Marketing Lead for EMEA (focusing on Spain and Italy), you will shape and execute growth strategies that translate market insights into scalable campaigns. You will work with regional and integral teams to optimize campaigns, product capabilities, and marketing initiatives for local markets. You’ll analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact. • Analyze performance data and market trends in Italy and Spain to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and localize growth strategies for Italy and Spain, partnering with regional/global channel owners to execute and optimize campaigns

• Provide strategic guidance across European platforms and channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, programmatic display, affiliate networks)
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement growth initiatives, manage expectations, and ensure measurable impact
• Lead planning and execution of Growth Marketing initiatives with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Creative teams
• Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership to guide decision-making and ongoing optimization
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy within consumer-focused businesses
• Strong understanding of Italy and Spain markets, culture, and digital ecosystems
• Familiarity with major European marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta platforms, programmatic display, affiliate networks) and their role in the funnel
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Experience working with global marketing teams, product, engineering, and data partners in collaborative environments
• Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics tools, privacy-first measurement, consent and attribution frameworks, and AI-driven marketing tools or localized asset development
