We are looking for
Senior ServiceNow Engineer, to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation!
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations.
Develop and optimise custom applications, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and GlideAjax, ensuring alignment with ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation-of-duties requirements.
What do we expect from you?
Minimum of
7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow
development experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations.
Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator
Understanding of
ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
and their practical application within ServiceNow.
Deep expertise in core
ITSM
modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Experience in additional modules considered advantageous, e.g. Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
