Driveability | Ride & Handling e-Powertrain Expert
Job Description
* Calibration of e‑powertrain regarding torque demand, regenerative braking and other driveability related functions.
* Dataset development and validation to meet requirements in all ambient conditions.
* Planning and execution of a vehicle testing program.
* Analysis of results and preparation of recommendations.
* Reporting of results to the project board.
Profile Description
* Education: Mechanical/Automotive or similar Engineering degree.
* Master's or Ph.D. desirable.
* Provided understanding of powertrains and vehicle dynamics.
* Competences on ETAS INCA, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Concerto, AVL Creta, DDT2000; Matlab Simulink.
* More than 5 years of automotive industry related topics (calibration, validation, software development) experience desirable.
* Expertise in e‑powertrain calibration (regenerative braking, torque vectoring, chassis dynamics, …)
* Knowledge of high‑voltage parts such as: BMS (Battery), Inverter (Electric Motor).
* English required; Spanish highly desirable; French is a plus.
* High sense of responsibility, goal‑oriented and social skills.
* Extra‑curriculum activities such as Formula Student are a plus.
* Driving license required.
