A leading international company specializing in serviced offices is seeking a Business Developer to expand its network in Bilbao.
The candidate must reside in the Bilbao area or the Spanish Basque Country and must speak Spanish fluently and be proficient in English. Knowledge of Basque is a plus!
In this B2B role, you will be responsible for closing new deals with private building owners and contributing to the network's growth by opening new locations in your area. You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and the Board, reporting to the Partnership Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through your business development activities.
Meet prospects and engage them in commercial discussions.
Present projects to the Board and sign partnerships with new clients.
Secure buildings by closing deals.
Profile:
Fluent Spanish speaker with proficiency in English.
Hunter mindset.
Experience in sales and B2B business development within a dynamic and fast-paced company (experience in selling services is a plus).
Proven track record of securing large deals (each worth more than 200k€).
Results-driven and deal-focused with a comprehensive approach (generate leads, convert, close deals).
Salary & Benefits:
Up to 55k€.
Commission plan (50-100% salary based on performance achievable).
Car allowance 3k€/year.
