We are looking for a temporary Facility Coordinator to join our Operations team at La Roca Village and elevate the ultra‐luxury experience we offer to our most distinguished guests.
As our Operations & Services Coordinator, you will provide support to the Operations Team with the security, cleaning and maintenance of the Village. You will Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Village with the Operations Team.
As our Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the Village, supporting security, cleaning, and maintenance activities while ensuring operational standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for gathering and analysing electricity and water consumption data across the Village and its brands.
About the role
* Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village
* Assist the Operations & Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village
* Assist the Operations & Services Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors
* Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Village
* Collect, consolidate, and analyze electricity/water consumption data from the property and all brands within the Village.
* Develop dashboards and executive reports to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
* Train and support internal staff, brands, and external partners on best practices in energy efficiency.
* Create educational materials (guides, presentations, recommendations) tailored to different audiences.
* Promote a responsible and informed energy culture across the Village.
* Ensure alignment with corporate sustainability policies, standards, and goals
* Identify energysaving opportunities and propose operational or technical improvements
