Are you ready to embark on this adventure? The Product Marketing team is looking for a CRM Marketing Project Manager .
Your future responsibilities:
As a CRM Marketing Project Manager, you will manage and optimize B2B2C customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and enhancing customer experience. Your role combines strategic planning, operational execution, data analysis, creativity, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic planning: Design customer journeys and craft relationship marketing strategies to meet business goals and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate on launching new partnerships with tailored customer journeys.
* Operational excellence: Implement strategies through automated workflows using marketing automation tools. Manipulate data for strategy execution and performance measurement.
* Data-driven insights: Systematically measure and adjust strategies based on data. Analyze business processes and customer journeys for continuous improvement.
* Creative content: Craft HTML messages and content for customer communications.
* Collaborative relationships: Work daily with stakeholders from Product, Operations, Sales & Partnerships, and Brand teams to design scalable customer engagement strategies across multiple markets.
Tools you will work with include Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Make, and Google BigQuery (SQL).
About you:
You should possess:
* Eligibility for a VIE contract
* A degree from a top business school
* Strong team spirit and ability to build relationships within Product and Marketing teams
* High autonomy, quick learning, and enthusiasm for strategic and operational tasks
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical thinking skills
* Native French speaker with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
