You will work directly with the General Manager to implement and maintain established service quality and customer care standards, achieve objectives, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate the dining room team and the various hotel outlets, organizing shifts and daily tasks.
Ensure the highest quality of service and customer care.
Work closely with the kitchen and management to optimize processes.
Handle orders, stock checks, and corresponding HACCP controls.
Manage the department and its staff to coordinate service and customer attention.
Oversee the hotel buffet, ensuring excellent customer service, quality, and optimal presentation.
Experience in Bars & Restaurants within 4-star hotels, in similar positions.
Proven experience in cost management.
Strong focus on extra sales and upselling.
High level of English.
