Your Role & Impact
As a Senior Clinical Project Manager, you'll:
Lead end‐to‐end trial delivery, collaborating closely with Clinical Ops Managers/Senior Trial Managers, CRAs, and clinical sites from feasibility to trial close‐out.
Provide dedicated clinical leadership, advancing trial goals while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and ICH‐GCP compliant execution.
Coordinate multi-functional teams—clinical, PV, data, biostats, regulatory, QA, medical, and CROs/vendors.
Own trial planning including timelines, budgets, risk & communication plans, KPIs, and tool-based tracking.
Oversee start-up tasks: feasibility, site selection, contracts, ethics/regulatory approval, and IP handling.
Manage monitoring visits, safety reporting, data validation, audit readiness, documentation, and final reporting.
Select, onboard, and monitor CROs/vendors, ensuring KPI compliance and quality assurance.
Lead kick-off, investigator, and vendor meetings, and ensure team training and regulatory audit readiness.
Identify and mitigate trial risks, proactively communicating updates to all stakeholders.
Keep up with industry trends and integrate best practices and technologies into project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related—Master’s or higher is a plus.
5+ years in clinical research with at least 2 years in a Senior CPM/Clinical Ops Lead role (Pharma or CRO).
In-depth knowledge of ICH‐GCP, trial operations, budgeting, vendor management, and clinical systems.
Strong leadership, communication, data-driven decision-making, and multi-tasking skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Willingness to travel (~30%).
