You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital – Employee Experience team whose mission is to “Create digital workplace of the future Enable HR to build workforce of the future”. Within this team, you will be part of the Cybersecurity and Compliance team to oversee the effective enforcement of Cybersecurity controls on applications that support HR Processes. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liAs a Cybersecurity and Compliance Analyst, your main role is to support Cyber Security, and Privacy compliance for HR processes and supporting applications. /li liTo safeguard sensitive HR data and ensure regulatory compliance by proactively identifying risks, implementing robust security controls, and fostering a culture of data protection. /li liThis role bridges cybersecurity expertise with HR-specific needs, ensuring that employee data, systems, and processes are secure, compliant, and resilient against threats. /li /ul h3Main responsibilities include: /h3 ul liData Protection Privacy ul liEnsure HR systems comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, local labor laws). /li liMonitor and enforce policies for handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive employee data. /li /ul /li liRisk Assessment Mitigation ul liSupport risk assessments on HR applications (e.g., payroll, recruitment platforms, employee portals). /li liIdentify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies tailored to HR workflows. /li liCollaborate with HR and IT teams to implement secure configurations and access controls. /li /ul /li liCompliance Monitoring ul liTrack and report on compliance with internal policies and external regulations. /li liMaintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. /li /ul /li liSystem Application Security ul liCollaborate with IT to secure HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR platforms. /li liEnsure encryption, authentication, and role-based access controls are properly implemented. /li liParticipate in change management processes for HR systems to assess security impact. /li /ul /li /ul h3What qualifications will make you successful for this role? /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liSolid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIS 2, HIPAA, SOC 2). /li liExperience securing HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms. /li liProficiency with security tools (e.g., SIEM, DLP, IAM, GRC platforms). /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liEffective communication and stakeholder management, especially with HR and legal teams. /li liAbility to translate technical risks into business impact for non‑technical audiences. /li liProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration. /li li3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or compliance roles. /li liDemonstrated experience working with HR or other sensitive data domains. /li /ul h3Desired/Preferred to have. /h3 ul liPreferred certifications (any of the following): /li liCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) /li liCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) /li liCertified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) /li liISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or similar /li /ul h3Location: Spain (Barcelona) /h3 h3What will you get? /h3 p With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities. /p p We know how great it is to work from home.
