Our Pan-European pooling service offers our B2B customers a sustainable and efficient solution throughout their whole supply chain /ppbr/ppbr/ppbTo strengthen our Asset Control-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Asset Specialist! /b /ppbr/ppbFor this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our office in Schelle (Belgium) OR our Madrid office. /b /ppbThe chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate. /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppbStock Audits and Stock Audit reconciliation /b /ppManage the stock audit schedule for your region, ensuring all planned physical counts are scheduled, confirmed, and executed on time. /ppExecute and follow up on customer stock audits, ensuring timely validation and collaboration with customers (through Customer Service) to finalize results. /ppEnsure all audits are reconciled within a maximum of three months from initiation. /ppCollaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales to align audit progress, findings, and next steps. /ppEscalate unresolved cases to Roadblock meetings for higher-level decision-making. /ppAttend customer audit meetings when required /ppSupport the reduction of asset losses by proactively identifying risks, escalating issues, and working with internal teams on corrective measures. /ppbr/ppbReporting Data Integrity /b /ppMaintain accurate asset data across Tosca’s systems, ensuring stock balances are properly recorded and reconciled. /ppAnalyze asset flow trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. /ppEnsure compliance with contract agreements regarding loss invoicing. /ppbr/ppbCross-functional Collaboration Support /b /ppWork closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Finance, Operations) to align on asset control strategies. /ppSupport customer inquiries, together with Customer Service related to asset counts, stock movements, and discrepancies. /ppAssist in training stakeholders on asset management processes and best practices. /ppContribute to process improvements, digitalization efforts, and automation initiatives within asset management. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbYour profile /b /pulli3+ years’ experience in asset control, inventory management or a similar operational role within supply chain/logistics. /liliAdvanced Excel (pivots, formulas, data analysis) and confidence working with asset declaration/tracking tools (CDI/EDI); exposure to BI/reporting (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) is a plus. /liliStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines; clear, professional communication and cross-functional collaboration /liliYou have excellent written and spoken English, Spanish French skills.
