It is responsible for designing, developing, and rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions, and divisions worldwide to help our brands accelerate organic growth.We are seeking a motivated and proactive Software Engineer with strong expertise in Digital Assets Management (DAM) tools. This role is part of our Content ecosystem team, where you will support and evolve our DAM platform, contributing to delivering seamless and scalable solutions for managing digital assets across our organization.As a key member of the Content product technical team, you will work closely with experienced engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to implement and optimize workflows and features built on Aprimo. You will ensure our DAM system supports the needs of our global brands and segments, contributing significantly to the content delivery process.This role requires a foundational understanding of backend development and content technologies. Hands-on experience with DAM SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and cloud services will be highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.2+ years of experience configuring and developing with SaaS tools.Hands-on software development experience, proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, or Java is a plus.Good understanding of backend frameworks and libraries (e.G., Django). Certification is a plus.MUST HAVEExperience configuring, evolving, and maintaining SaaS products.Proficiency with RESTful API design principles and best practices.Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and workflows.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.NICE TO HAVE
