Coordinate and implement the projects outlined in Persán's Product Plan, ensuring that the initially established milestones are met in a timely and proper manner.
Their role will be key to achieving Persán's objectives and ensuring product categories that are optimal and aligned with both the market and our clients
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams (R&D;, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
Manage risks and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management.
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Report on project performance, including post-launch analysis and lessons learned.
Specific Technical Knowledge:
Ideally, minimum of 2 years of professional experience
In similar roles within consumer goods manufacturing companies or in the retail/distribution sector.
In positions at other companies where project management and strategic analysis has been a core responsibility.
Possibility of making frequent international trips.
Specific Soft Skills
Analytic profile, with affinity with figures.
Planning and Organization: Ability to plan a development project, processes by coordinating the needs of all relevant departments.
Leadership: Acts as a reference point for both colleagues and internal clients regarding project management.
