Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Client Lead to enhance interactions across the Customer Journey Map, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Client Lead manages client interactions, focusing on relationship building, lead generation, and deal closing. They set sales targets, analyze performance data, and project future performance to achieve company goals. They collaborate with project managers to ensure project success, support various project stages, and meet quality and profitability expectations.
Responsibilities include offering ongoing value to existing clients, leading negotiations and commercial proposals, sharing sales strategies and digital transformation roadmaps, and managing project progress and scope negotiations. They identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, lead project retrospectives, and ensure client satisfaction through success stories and surveys.
The role requires familiarity with operational team members, team allocation, workload management, and communication of staffing needs. They monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, proposing mitigation plans as needed.
**Experience and Skills:
**
* Management of large accounts
* Experience with Salesforce ecosystem as Delivery or Project Manager
* Experience in Salesforce core and/or Marketing Cloud projects
* Minimum 6 years in business/technology consulting
* Digital and international project experience
* High proficiency in English and native-level French
