Job Responsibilities
1. Greet customers and serve tables promptly.
2. Serve food and beverages, making recommendations as needed.
3. Use menu knowledge to answer customer questions.
4. Process transactions correctly using the MICROS system.
5. Verify customer satisfaction with each dish and drink.
6. Clear tables, perform closing duties, and replenish tableware and items.
7. Perform opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning, and securing areas.
8. Prepare stock and maintain work areas.
9. Follow instructions to keep work areas clean and organized.
10. Present a professional image; maintain a clean uniform.
11. Receive safety training and obtain necessary certifications before starting work.

Adhere to all safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Minimum Qualifications: Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training.
Experience: 2 to 3 years.
