Your Mission 
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales efforts—partnering with sales teams and resellers to showcase the power of Ascom’s solutions. You’ll deliver expert demonstrations, support product positioning, and help tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our healthcare clients. 
What You’ll Do 
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver compelling product presentations and training 
- Prepare technical documentation and support quotations 
- Interface with clients to understand needs and propose tailored solutions 
- Provide remote and on-site technical support 
- Contribute to product development and continuous improvement initiatives 
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies 
What We Are Looking For 
- Experience in IT, telecom, or wireless tech (DECT, 802.11) 
- Certifications like CWNA or CCNA are a plus 
- Strong knowledge of networking, Microsoft Server, and telecommunication systems 
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills 
- A proactive, versátil, and team-oriented mindset 
- Fluency in Spanish, good English level
