The challenge:
Analyze and report monthly orders and proposals for changes and graphical statistics, monthly activity schedule, calculate the needs of capsules, tablets, etc., monitor and update products and daily orders to be delivered and coordinate the delivery of semi-finished products to external companies; according to the internal procedures of the department, manufacturing shifts necessary to meet the monthly demand and guidelines of the direct superior; in order to verify, organize and streamline manufacturing plant and production plan, meeting dates / times, established procedures, analyze the impact of changes and perform material tracking.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Analyze orders and monthly activity schedule of the departments of encapsulation, conditioning - tablets in order to organize the manufacturing plant.
* Analyze and calculate the needs of capsules, pellets, tablets etc., for the production department in order to expedite the implementation of each order.
* Make daily monitoring of production and update the program of conditioning and encapsulation / pellets / tablets to verify compliance with the production plan.
* Perform monthly report of orders of shipped bulk sale in the monthly manufacturing, schedule them and track them to facilitate the logistics department exit orders.
* Track orders manufactured in bulk for shipment to the customer.
* Analyze the impact of delays in the production of semi-finished, making assessment of orders affected.
Requirements and personal skills:
* Education: University Degree preferably in Economics, Pharmacy or similar and Master in Supply Chain.
* Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
* Experience (years/area): 1-3 years of experience in customer service departments, in industrial companies or related to logistics, in multicultural and multinational environments.
* Specific Knowledge: Basic knowledge in medication registries. Logistics knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Contract: Maternity leave initially.
* Personal skills: Influence, good communication skills, customer orientation, organizational skills and Self-confidence.
