Customer Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and organized Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for managing accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meeting delivery deadlines, handling delays, processing returns, order management, value-added services (VAS), special requirements, logistics, deliveries follow-up shipments customs. Additionally the role requires expertise in EDI process with the customer communications follow up transmissions between EDI SAP monitoring and process improvements.
- The position involves key contact for accounts management internal departments University Degree business administration or economics required Spanish English proficiency preferred German plus considered as an advantage.
