Non-Financial Risk Management (NFR) is at the heart of this transformation, ensuring that operational risks (continuity, fraud, information, control, employment, etc) are managed within our risk appetite. Our NFR team is dedicated to maintaining a robust control environment through a risk-based approach that matches the value and criticality of our processes.We oversee general policies and best practices, acting as local experts to challenge and advise on NFR controls. Our team supports risk identification and mitigation to keep risks aligned with our appetite, and we report the NFRD score to ING Group. Additionally, we provide direct support to senior management in ING Spain, focusing on developing and maintaining the non-financial risk management framework, including policy setting and advisory.This role is all about having a comprehensive and integrated vision of non-financial risks, ensuring effective management across the organization.
