Your mission will be to provide customer service in the FRENCH and ENGLISH language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.
Requirements:
* Required languages: French Native and English Advanced (minimum C1).
* Required experience: Experience in customer service.
* Other requirements: Residence in Madrid.
What do we offer you?
* Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
* Full time 39 hours/week.
* Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
* Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
* On-site training from Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 6pm, and Friday, from 9am to 4pm.
