The Position:
We seek a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
* Guiding customers from purchase through onboarding, ensuring they gain maximum value from Isotrol products.
* Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding their goals, and aligning Isotrol solutions to meet them.
* Following up on accounts to maximize adoption and retention, acting as an expert advisor.
* Collecting user feedback for product development.
* Identifying new product opportunities in collaboration with sales.
* Analyzing product usage to identify actions, success stories, and conveying customer satisfaction and risks internally.
* Having extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
* Proficiency in English (High level, B2 or above) and/or other languages.
* Experience in electrical trading teams.

* Holidays: 22 days plus 24th and 31st December when during the workweek.
* Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
