An exciting leadership opportunity within a fast-growing global tech and quick-commerce organisation, focused on expanding and scaling strategic grocery and retail partnerships across Spain.

This role sits at the centre of the Grocery & Retail Strategic Accounts function, driving commercial growth, managing key enterprise relationships, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a commercial team (~14 Strategic Account Managers)

Owning strategic relationships with top grocery and retail partners in Spain

Driving acquisition, expansion, and long-term growth of strategic accounts

Leading annual business planning for major enterprise partners

Managing senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level external partners

Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to enhance platform capabilities

Overseeing P&L performance, profitability, and commercial outcomes

Identifying market trends and shaping strategic growth initiatives in quick-commerce

Ideal background:

Strong commercial leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management

Background in FMCG, Retail, Tech, or E-commerce / Quick-commerce strongly preferred

Proven experience leading large teams in high-performance environments

Strong analytical and strategic mindset with comfort working with data and P&L ownership

Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives (internal xkdbapo and external)

Experience working across cross-functional product, tech, and commercial teams

Fluent in English and Spanish
