About this Role
This position joins our Agriculture Customer Insights Team. It is a full-time, permanent role.
The Client Success Manager will provide strategic insights and support to our agricultural clients in delivering market research services.
Candidates should have experience in quantitative and qualitative research design, interpretation, and analysis, along with a passion for building strong client relationships and knowledge of the agricultural market.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Success Management (45%):
- Regularly liaise with clients, monitor data needs, and connect them with data solutions from our Sigma portfolio.
- Conduct training sessions for clients, tailored to their needs.
- Maintain and update the Sigma client list, including key data gatekeepers and power users.
- Communicate new data releases and provide insights through presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and track client needs.
* Insights Reporting (35%):
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends and client needs.
- Use market research to identify opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and position products effectively.
- Generate agricultural market insights from data analysis of our product portfolio.
- Prepare and present reports on trends, drivers, and insights to clients.
* Data Analysis (20%):
- Coordinate activities involving sigma TM Crop Subscription Services projects.
- Update code lists for product releases to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop survey tools, program data analysis software, and interpret results.
- Prepare presentations and ensure timely delivery of data to clients.
Candidate Profile
* Strong understanding of agriculture and key crop practices in relevant markets.
* Knowledge of plant pathology, weeds, and pests.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field; market research experience is a plus.
Additional Notes: This role may be based in North America or Europe.
The interview process involves 2-3 stages via Microsoft Teams.
