As Technology Manager in the CRM team, you will drive AI-powered data insights and automation to personalise outbound communications at scale. You collaborate with data scientists to transform consumer data into actionable strategies, automate workflows, and optimize campaigns. You’ll apply AI across data analysis, segmentation, content generation, and decisioning to improve engagement and efficiency. This role offers a chance to shape scalable, intelligent customer experiences within a leading travel platform.

• Lead AI-driven implementation to analyse data, automate tasks, generate content, and personalise customer interactions
• Collaborate with data scientists to uncover consumer insights and reduce repetitive work
• Develop data analysis processes to identify patterns and insights from large datasets

• Apply predictive analytics to forecast trends and purchase likelihood
• Create content for omnichannel personalization and automate marketing workflows

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English (professional proficiency)
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar and integration with Google Workspace
• BigQuery SQL expertise with 2+ years of work on complex data queries and modeling
• Strong analytical/problem-solving xpzdshu mindset with ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Project management skills coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows and deadlines
• Self-starter, organized, proactive in fast-paced environments
