Our client is a leading global not-for-profit organization in project management that provides certifications, standards, and resources to advance the profession. It supports project managers through educational programs, research, and community engagement to improve project success rates worldwide.

Reporting to the Manager of PSM, this role focuses on driving new client acquisition, increasing consumption of our client's products and services, and managing existing client accounts through targeted strategies. It involves leading product consumption efforts, supporting regional business plan development, and aligning organizational goals to strengthen market presence and achieve regional targets.

Roles & Responsibilities :
* Work with Regional Leadership : Identify regional Key Accounts and develop targeted strategies.
* Account Plan Development : Own, develop, implement, and maintain account plans to expand executive relationships and project/delivery networks within each account.
* Revenue Generation : Attain business targets through revenue generation of products within new and existing accounts, and expand the B2B Key Account customer base.
* Primary Relationship Leader : Serve as the primary relationship leader within the region/country to key organizational stakeholders, collaborating with other staff to drive regional targets.
* Coordination Across Regions : Work closely with peers in other regions to drive a unified account plan that can be leveraged across regions.
* Industry Network Building : Build an effective industry network in alignment with regional priorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
* Education : Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree is advantageous.
* Experience : Minimum of 7 years in business development and managing complex B2B sales cycles with multinational companies.
* Leadership : Over 7 years of experience leading teams, process improvement, change management, contract management, forecasting/budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic account planning.
* Sales Environment : Experience in a sales environment within a growing global organization or similar product environment.
* CRM Proficiency : Highly proficient in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
* Advocacy : Proven success advocating with corporations and/or government entities.
* Presentation Skills : Skilled in engaging senior-level global audiences in diverse settings, from large stages to roundtable discussions.
* Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
