About the role
We’re seeking a Scientific Product Manager (SPM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of GenAI products across scientific domains. This role identifies high-impact scientific use cases, translates them into scalable product solutions, and drives measurable adoption and value for scientists.
What You’ll Do
* Own product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to business and scientific goals
* Identify, prioritize, and standardize high-value scientific use cases across workflows
* Translate complex scientific needs into clear product requirements for engineering and design
* Lead cross-functional execution (engineering, data science, design, scientific stakeholders) in an Agile environment
* Drive launch readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and outcomes
* Build strong partnerships with customers and internal scientific teams
What You Bring
* BS/MS (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, biology, or related field
* 5+ years’ relevant experience, including product management for software products
* Ability to turn ambiguous scientific challenges into structured product plans
* Experience in pharma, biotech, or digital health preferred
* Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
* Familiarity with data analysis (Python, R, or MATLAB a plus)
