Team Leader IT Infrastructure & IT Operations (m / f / d)
This is what you want
* Team leadership: Managing and developing a team of System Architects, System Engineers and Support Engineers. Coaching and motivating the team to continuously improve infrastructure, workplace and software solutions.
* Mentoring & Agile way of working: Supporting individual development and promoting the strengths of each team member. Promotion of personal responsibility and teamwork as well as continuous improvement of work processes.
* Requirements management: Organizing and coaching the analysis, specification and prioritization of infrastructure, process and tool requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Stakeholder management: Interface between infrastructure, IT operations, specialist departments and external service providers.
* IT operations: Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems with a focus on modern hosting and cloud infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker).
* IT governance & strategy: Co-development and implementation of the IT strategy, IT guidelines and compliance requirements (ISO 27001).
* IT security: Developing and ensuring the IT security strategy, including risk management and incident response management.
* Incident management: Responsible for escalation management in the event of technical faults.
* Project management: Management and implementation of technical IT projects to stabilize and scale the IT landscape.
* Administration: Managing and optimizing operational processes, supporting the CIO with cost and capacity planning, auditing and controlling.
Your experience and knowledge
* Degree in computer science, information technology or comparable qualification.
* Several years of experience in managing IT teams and projects.
* Sound knowledge of modern hosting and cloud infrastructures (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker).
* Experience in IT governance, IT security strategies and ISO 27001.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
