From Barcelona, you will join Germany-based Corporate Start-Up B. Braun New Ventures, which is taking a leading role in the digital transformation of healthcare. With a young and fast-growing team, we develop solutions to automate medical procedures across various business areas. From our Barcelona location, you will be integrated into an international team that collaborates to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities :
* Create experiences and interfaces for innovative digital and physical products from early research to implementation, including quality assurance.
* Analyze user needs, understand business goals, define requirements, personas, user flows, and information architectures.
* Develop multi-modal cross-device screen flows, interactive prototypes, and hand over ready-to-implement interface designs under the Human Centered Design aspect.
* Work in a dynamic and agile team collaborating with other UX / UI Designers, Engineers, Researchers, as well as with developers, software architects, system engineers, and product owners.
* Be a key member of the cloud platform team and work on existing and new design systems standards that provide the foundation for a range of scalable applications.
* Demonstrate passion as a UX / UI designer with several years of industry experience.
* Think abstractly, strategically, and analytically to solve complex, multi-factorial design problems.
* Exhibit conceptual, open-minded, creative, and non-linear thinking, while also maintaining a high aptitude for process-oriented and structured progress.
* Have hands-on experience with tools such as paper and pen, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe CC, and others that aid in creating, testing, demonstrating, and communicating ideas, concepts, and solutions quickly and effectively.
* Possess proficient knowledge in lean UX, Design Thinking, and agile development such as SCRUM.
* Skills in UX-Engineering, UX-Research, and UX-Writing would be a plus.
* Working experience in the healthcare industry or in a comparable field would be a plus.
* Demonstrate personal competencies by working effectively in multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration, including virtual collaboration, and mutual support.
