You#39;ll orchestrate the entire content lifecycle from strategic planning through final delivery, working collaboratively with creative teams to bring your calendar vision to life. /p b What You#39;ll Do /bulli Create and manage comprehensive social media content calendars for multiple hospitality clients, including: /lili Strategic content planning and scheduling across all platforms /lili Editorial calendar development aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns /lili Content theme curation and visual narrative planning /lili Write compelling social media copy (captions, headlines, CTAs) that drives engagement and strengthens brand voice /lili Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all social content /lili Execute the creative production that brings calendars to life through: /lili Video editing and motion graphics /lili Post design and layout /lili Feed curation and visual storytelling /lili Develop multimedia creative strategies that amplify brand voice and aesthetics within planned calendar frameworks /lili Collaborate with content producers and creative teams to ensure captured content aligns with calendar objectives and translates into scheduled final assets /lili Work closely with social media creatives and freelance video editors to execute calendar deliverables /lili Maintain brand consistency across feeds while executing planned content schedules /lili Stay ahead of social media trends to continuously optimize calendar strategies and keep planned content fresh and relevant /lili Partner closely with the marketing team to align content calendars with campaign goals and performance insights /li /ul b What We#39;re Looking For /bulli5+ years of experience in social media creative roles with demonstrated content calendar management, ideally in an agency or brand environment /lili Expert in video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) and strong proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) /lili Proven track record of creating and executing strategic content calendars across multiple brands or clients /lili A refined sense of visual storytelling and feed composition with strong planning and organizational skills /lili Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with creative teams /lili Strong understanding of platform-specific creative best practices and scheduling requirements (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) /lili Comfortable balancing strategic calendar planning with hands-on creative execution /lili Experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands is a plus /lili Fluent in English /li /ul b Why Join Us /bp At Spherical, you#39;ll work with a global team of creative thinkers, strategists, and makers who believe hospitality is an art form.
