We are currently looking for a Product Manager Innovation to join our marketing team and drive the growth and innovation of our consumer health portfolio.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, innovation pipeline, and growth of Consumer Health products, ensuring strong market positioning, consumer relevance, and commercial success.
This role combines brand management, innovation thinking, and go-to-market execution, with a strong focus on understanding consumers, identifying market opportunities, and translating insights into impactful products and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the marketing strategy and innovation roadmap for assigned Consumer Health categories.
* Identify consumer insights, market trends, and whitespace opportunities for innovation.
* Develop and execute product positioning, value proposition, and brand strategy.
* Drive end-to-end product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Define go-to-market strategies across pharmacy and retail channels.
* Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful execution.
* Manage product lifecycle, ensuring growth, differentiation, and portfolio optimization.
* Support development of campaigns, packaging, and communication aligned with consumer needs.
* Analyze market performance, KPIs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support innovation and activation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management, ideally within Consumer Health, OTC, or Pharma.
* Strong understanding of pharmacy/consumer healthcare retail environment.
* Experience in product launches, brand strategy, or innovation projects.
* Strong commercial and consumer mindset.
* Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Fluent English required.
