Responsibilities
* Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of dishes.
* Complete all tasks according to the prep list provided by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
* Prepare food items daily in assigned areas and other kitchen sections as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and operate dishwashing equipment.
* Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

* Projected income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)
* Housing costs: $600/month

J1 Visa Program
This traineeship is part of the J1 visa program aimed at young professionals or recent graduates seeking to develop their careers through cultural exchange.
The total cost for the J1 visa process and application fees is $1,870, including a mandatory health insurance fee of $650, with the last payment of $1,450 due upon visa approval.

Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for a J1 Visa, you must:
