About The Role\nAs a\nSales Development Specialist\n, you will play a key role in driving sales performance by identifying customer needs, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer interactions within a high-tech environment. Key Responsibilities

- Achieve individual sales targets and maximize sales opportunities on every interaction
\n
- Identify customer needs using structured scripts and effective probing techniques
\n
- Recommend the most suitable products or services based on customer requirements
\n
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures
\n
- Ensure all interactions meet defined sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
\n
- Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication at all times
\n
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
\n
- Handle billing-related questions by clearly explaining account components
\n
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and sales performance
\n
\nRequired Qualifications\n
\n
- Fluent or bilingual in Dutch
\n
- Advanced level of English
\n
- Proven background in sales or sales-oriented roles
\n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
\n
- Confident computer user with the ability to learn new systems quickly
\n
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
\n
