We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the QA team, working in Agile environments and participating in the validation of complex, customer-facing systems. We are seeking a profile with solid experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong quality-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Definition, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
* Participation in end-to-end validation of applications and services.
* Collaboration with development, engineering, and product teams in Agile environments.
* Identification, reporting, and tracking of defects.
* Contribution to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
* Use of QA tools for test planning, execution, and tracking.
* Participation in release validation, ensuring product quality before deployment.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA roles.
* Experience in both manual and automated testing.
* Knowledge of QA tools and test management systems (e.G., Jira, Postman, or similar).
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* C1 level of English (mandatory).
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-oriented mindset.
Nice to have:
* Experience with Contact Center systems, IVR, or customer interaction platforms.
* API and integration testing experience.
* Experience working with cloud or SaaS platforms.
