As a Senior Solution Consultant, you manage projects ranging from small to complex intralogistics solutions in the commercial phase and lead the assigned internal team on the project. You govern the progression of the project within the set deadline, budget constraints, and ensure compliance with the commercial process, considering both customer and internal milestones.

Tasks and Qualifications : Responsibilities :
* Perform data analysis on customer data, derive a material flow diagram, and create an overview of materials to be handled.
* Develop and evaluate multiple conceptual ideas for intralogistics solutions, selecting the best fit for both the customer and our company.
* Oversee project progression within deadlines and budgets, proactively addressing discrepancies and escalating issues as needed.
* Ensure adherence to the commercial process, considering both customer and internal milestones.
* Identify risks and opportunities, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
* Lead internal project meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members.
* Prepare and lead customer meetings/workshops in collaboration with sales, clarifying technical questions.
* Coordinate with external partners on technology, implementation, and costs.
* Create proposal documents based on standard templates that accurately reflect our solutions to customers.
* Manage total cost calculations, ensuring all relevant costs are included and validated.
Required Skills and Experience :
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution development or similar roles within intralogistics or automation industries.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and material flow design.
* Ability to develop and compare multiple conceptual solutions for complex projects.
* Understanding of commercial processes and customer engagement milestones.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, customers, and partners.
* Proven leadership in facilitating meetings and ensuring team alignment.
* Familiarity with risk management and contingency planning for large projects.
* Proficiency in drafting proposal documents and managing cost calculations.
* Ability to manage scope and resources to meet project requirements.
