is the leader in B2B hotel distribution for tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks, offering a hotel inventory made up exclusively of direct contracts without intermediaries. Our inventory is accessible via a latest-generation API and integrated into all main technological platforms. Customers in over 90 countries source their products daily from our unique inventory.
MISSION
This is a home-based position in Europe with full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), encouraging clients to connect to our API. The role includes generating new business leads, account management, and managing relationships at all management levels. The focus is on supporting a variety of clients, including tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on acquiring new business.
* Work towards sales targets individually and as part of a team.
* Engage frequently via email, phone, and virtual meetings with existing clients, with some travel involved.
* Visit clients and prospects as necessary.
* Close new sales opportunities continuously.
* Communicate effectively with internal Finance, Connection, and Operations departments to ensure optimal client experience.
* Manage acquisition of targeted clients with follow-up from registration to booking.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.
* Plan meetings and visits, analyze data.
* Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports.
* Update CRM system daily.
* Execute directives aligned with company strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should ideally have at least 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with API understanding preferred. An excellent sales record can substitute for less experience. Preference for those with API sales experience or similar backgrounds. Must have excellent knowledge and contacts across all market levels, be target-driven, results-oriented, and understand technology and online distribution. Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and motivation are essential. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required. Fluency in English is necessary; additional languages are a plus. Confident presenter and communicator.
